Walking In Their Ghostly Footsteps

When I go to historic location, I love to imagine what life was like when that building was built. Who passed through those halls, what conversations were spoken aloud in the rooms, etc? There is a place in Louisiana where the past is still walking the halls and chatting in the rooms. I wonder if the spirits at the Old State Capitol people watch the visitors or talk about the workers? Continue reading Walking In Their Ghostly Footsteps

Manifesting My Dreams And Minding My Business

The cover image isn’t my artwork (I wish I knew who drew it so I could give them credit) but it captured what I have been feeling for the past few weeks. I was talking to my mom last night about how life rarely goes as we plan and for once it wasn’t because the military decided to make changes for us again. 2022 According To The Cards

Happy New Years! I hope y’all had a good holiday and weekend. So far my 2022 is off to a great start! I even managed to check off one of my goals from the previous post. I mean technically I guess I could have checked it off before the new year started but I am still counting it for 2022 because I like starting the new year off on the right foot.  Continue reading 2022 According To The Cards

On Sunday night, Jeremy, John Paul and I loaded up into the car to go do something fun.  Continue reading A Date Night With Our Dog
